Overview

RLE International are looking to recruit a Order Fulfilment Operative to work within the Marketing & Sales Operations division of a highly-renowned automotive company based in Basildon, Essex. The Order Fulfilment Operative will be responsible for the following :- · Develop, maintain and distribute all Order Bank and Order Fulfilment reporting, including: - Order Bank Reviews with NSCs (weekly) - Scheduling Priorities meeting with VP Sales & Brand Teams (weekly) - Order to Delivery Metrics (quarterly) · Provide regular input and direction to Scheduling Teams to ensure monthly order bank is managed in line with order ageing, inventory, CO2 and profit objectives · Support NSCs with routine Order Fulfilment and Scheduling queries and requests (e.g. priority fleet orders) · Optimise stock availability by assisting NSCs to make best use of pipeline trading tools in order to build order bank integrity, support monthly wholesale process and maximise revenues · Support cross-functional OTD Process Improvement work streams (e.g. Craiova and Kocaeli pilots) to help reduce delivery lead times and improve customer satisfaction Training & Governance · Co-ordinate and support training for NSC Order Fulfilment personnel as required · Provide business process support for the suite of Order Fulfilment applications as required · Co-ordinate departmental ISO and GIS activities to the required standard (e.g. Annual File Reviews, Business Continuity Plan, Health & Safety, Mandatory Training) Skills Required: · High Standard of written & verbal communication skills Skills Preferred: · Presentation skills, influencing & negotiating skills Experience Required: · Ability to analyse & interpret disparate data sets & construct logical arguments Experience Preferred: · MS&S experience, Order Management/Sales Reporting Systems Education Required: · A Levels Education Preferred: · Degree Additional Information: Relationships & Interfaces: · National Sales Company staff at all levels - cascading new functionality & ensuring understanding and responding to market requests. · Experience of working with European NSCs and reporting to Senior FoE Marketing and Sales Management · Vehicle scheduling team · IT · Working closely with subject matter experts to expedite new functionality and develop solutions to market concerns as well as exposure to development work on GOTD - a key strategic global initiative · Accounting/Internal Control · Ensuring all new and ongoing business developments are compliant and financially sound · Work with NSCs and regional groups to jointly implement and manage inventory funding initiatives & identify where current processes need to be changed to enable successful use of OF tools & processes Role Duration 9 Months with potential to extend THIS POSITION IS INSIDE IR35
