Lettings Inventory Clerk You will be covering Braintree and its surrounding areas. An established and market leading independent Letting Agents are now searching for a Lettings Inventory Clerk. Lettings Inventory Clerk The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be polite, efficient and have superb attention to detail. They should be IT literate, articulate and be able to demonstrate a stable career history. Lettings Inventory Clerk The candidate will need a minimum of 6 months experience within the property industry. Lettings Inventory Clerk The successful candidate will be preparing detailed Inventories (condition reports), Routine Inspections and Check Outs upon expiry of tenancy. Excellent customer service is an absolute must. Lettings Inventory Clerk Remuneration: Basic salary £20,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance plus bonuses with on target earnings of £25,000.
