Overview
Commercial Manager - Manchester The company Join a National FM provider that operates on prestigious contracts across the UK. They provide general Facilities Maintenance management and Construction projects to the private and public sector. This role is based primarily in the North west, although will require UK Wide travel. The position As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing and driving the commercial teams. Your role will include overseeing and managing all aspects of risk including contractual, business and Legal matters. You will also be responsible for analysing activities and maintaining a low ALARP level. Could this role be for you? A proven track record as a commercial manager within the FM or construction sector. Ability to operate at a senior level with blue chip clients. Instigate and oversee associated legal proceedings while working closely with the internal Legal Team. Drive and lead the supply chain and estimating functions to ensure maximum operational performance and results. Plan and refine Risk mitigation strategies, throughout the business Ensure contract documentation is reviewed by yourself and legal teams. Review and refine risk assessment procedures and policies UK Wide Travel RICS Qualified or working towards Law / QS degree or similar qualifications / experience Experience in DRP and Contentious Why apply?
