A new opportunity in North Leeds has become available with this well established, full-service law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of this firm's Litigation Department. The successful civil & commercial litigation solicitor will be handling a mixed caseload of primarily civil matters with the opportunity to grow and develop company and commercial matters in the longer term. This civil & commercial litigation solicitor vacancy will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to join a firm which places huge emphasis on providing excellent service to its clients and is looking to branch out into the company/commercial sector on a more prominent basis. You will have experience in a wide variety of general and commercial litigation matters, with the full ability to undertake advocacy and attend court hearings on behalf of clients. You will need to negotiate and draft commercial matters including partnership agreements, disputes and general terms & conditions. The ideal candidate for this civil & commercial litigation solicitor role will have at least 3 or 4 years' PQE and a background in civil litigation (not personal injury) and some experience working within the commercial field. You will handle an independent caseload of civil litigation cases from inception to conclusion. Strong networking skills are required for this role in order to develop the commercial client base.
