Overview
Are you a residential conveyancing paralegal or fee earner looking for a busy new role? This friendly and successful law firm is searching for an additional conveyancer to join the busy team in Plymouth. In this role, you will handle your own caseload of sales & purchases. You will liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and other professional bodies including the Land Registry. This is a busy role and you will ideally need at least one or two years' experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload. Applications are welcomed from both paralegals and part qualified legal executives looking to progress within property law. You should be confident to pick up on property matters with minimal supervision from day one, and keen to continue to progress your experience within this very established, supportive and friendly team. This is a full time position with an excellent salary and benefits on offer including 25 days of holiday, bonus, healthcare scheme and office socials.
