A leading national firm based in the North West is looking to expand its dedicated Credit Hire team in Greater Manchester with the addition of a Paralegal. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this pre-litigation focused role has come about due to a growing number of instructions. Your new firm The Pre-litigation Paralegal will join a leading firm in the insurance sector that has won several high profile awards for its quality of work. Your new role Joining as a key member of the team, the Paralegal will be responsible for: Pursuing the settlement of pre-litigation credit hire files Ensuring client guidelines are followed Reviewing pre-proceeding files and formulating initial strategy Undertaking telephone negotiations and liaising with insurers where necessary What you'll need to succeed This is an excellent opportunity for an LLB or LPC graduate to join a well-regarded firm and gain exposure to good quality work. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be crucial in this Pre-Litigation Paralegal role, as will: A suitable qualification (e.
