A well-established firm located close to the Harpenden area are seeking 0 - 2-year Private Client Solicitor to join their firm on a permanent basis. The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle their own caseload focusing on various aspects including complex will drafting, Lasting powers of attorney, probate, tax, trusts and court of protection. You will also have experience of acting as a certificate provider. The ideal Private Client Solicitor have genuine interest in Private Client or have 0 - 2 years Maximum' experience in a similar position. Having the confidence to handle caseload would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and you will hold an interest in business development to aid in developing the department.
