Role Overview In this Banking Lawyer role, you will be acting for a range of lenders and borrowers. Your key duties will include: Drafting and negotiating finance documents Instructing foreign counsel on cross boarder matters Project managing specialists within the firm Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team Contributing to business development initiatives to assist in the firms' growth Candidate Profile The appointed Banking Lawyer will require: 3 - 6 years’ PQE Extensive banking and finance experience gained at a well-regarded firm Strong experience working on transactions Demonstrable success of negotiating finance documents Excellent industry knowhow and the ability to convey this clearly to clients who may not be legally trained Rewards The successful Banking and Finance Lawyer will be rewarded with a competitive salary and generous benefits package.
