Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior level planning solicitor to join an East Midlands based Legal 500 firm in either its Leicester or Derby office. As part of the broader Real Estate Department, the planning solicitor will sit within a smaller Planning Team, advising both private and commercial clients on a range of issues, covering: planning applications and appeals; assessing development potential; advising on access, highways, environmental and public rights of way; representation on judicial reviews and planning appeals; negotiating S106 Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings; planning due diligence in connection with corporate and real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning solicitor looking to join a regional law firm with a strong reputation in the East Midlands market.
