Materials/ Vendor Interface Manager Full Time: 40 hours per week Shifts: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (3 days working from Poole) Salary - £30-£35K Start Date - Immediately The successful applicant would be responsible for audit readiness with particular focus on process control points, execution of primary controls, and artifact creation and retention. Monitoring the day to day flow of parts movements as per contractual agreements. You would be collecting feedback and communicating with the operational team daily. Committed to deliver and achieve on all work items, ability to take on new unfamiliar work items and delivery effectively. Organised and flexible with productive time management skills Ability to work as part of a team or on my own initiative Resourceful, performing well under pressure and achieving deadlines Required Skills Procurement and Supply Chain understanding . TSS delivery process. Supplier relationship skills. Auditing and business controls. Negotiation skills, leadership. Acts as a delivery focal for auditors, security asset and risk management audit & compliance practitioners, and account leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of Management, Clients and Professionals. Methodical approach to problem solving, proven ability to assess issues and to help others see innovative solutions. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a similar role an advantage ITIL V3 Effective at planning and prioritising work to make best use of resources available. Show high attention to detail when making decisions.
