Commercial Property Solicitor

A unique opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join a team of 8 other fee earners in a medium sized firm in Thame, Oxfordshire. Established for over 200 years, this 5 partner firm has 60 staff in total and a renowned reputation in the region. The role will involve significant responsibility and the opportunity to pick up a busy caseload. This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to step into the position of heading up the day to day dealings for several of the firm's mortgage lender clients. The role will also include some high net worth residential property work and private client commercial property work. Matters include: HNW clients sales and purchases of commercial property and land for commercial use landlord and tenant developers option agreements leases You will be expected to be able to work independently and you will have access to secretarial support as much as is required. The firm's clients include first time buyers to significant landowners and a wealth of the firm's work comes from referral and recommendation. The firm is offering a market rate salary and a package including health cover & pension.
