Overview

Are you an experienced personal injury litigator seeking a new role within a top personal injury firm in the heart of Manchester? If so, we are working with a top personal injury law firm who are looking to grow their fast track team working on an array of personal injury claims. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience of working you own litigated caseload and have extensive knowledge of the CPR. You must be able to adhere to strict court deadlines, negotiate settlements with insurer and third parties, conducting hearings in person or over the telephone, manage a diary through a case management system, draft pleadings/schedules of loss etc. Candidates who are newly qualified will also be considered for this role.
