Overview
Estate Agent Based Residential Conveyancer - Whiteley (Hampshire) up to £40,000 including bonus My client is a leading specialist residential conveyancing firm, and they are looking to hire an experienced residential conveyancer to join in order to aid their expanding client base. The ideal candidate would be used to handling over 80 files of mixed property work. This role offers a rare opportunity to work within an estate agent environment, handling transactions directly provided by host agent. The residential conveyancer at this site would also be able to manage their own caseload with remote support from an office-based administration team. I have worked with this firm for a considerable length of time and had first hand feedback from candidates I've placed there who have experienced a fantastic working culture, progression opportunities and industry leading training. Recognised as a firm with a track record of delivering twice the industry standard number of completions, they are keen to enhance this reputation and offer the successful candidate the opportunity to earn up to £4000 per annum additional bonus. On offer is a flexible competitive package, including pension, private medical insurance and a minimum of 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) is on offer for this role. The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience of dealing with 80 files/cases or more. Candidates must be able to undertake a caseload including sales and purchases across freehold/ leasehold. Preferred candidates will also be competent in working on a range of new build, help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership, staircasing and equity files.
