MOJ Legal Assistant (Medical Department) | Liverpool City Centre | £24,000 - £28,000 Our client, a leading personal injury firm based in Liverpool City Centre are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their Medical team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have MOJ Portal and Proclaim experience dealing with stages 1 and 2. The duties include: Taking instructions from clients and instruct for further medical examinations, work on each allocated file to ensure progress is made, keep the client updated, chase client's instructions daily, complete dairy Proclaim tasks and promptly move files to the next stage / team. You will also take calls from both clients and insurance companies ensuring that every file is progressed, keeping records of phone calls and administration tasks. You must provide a high level of professionalism and make a record of any call made or received. The successful candidate must have excellent written and communication skills and be confident when dealing with clients over the phone. The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.
