Assistant Solicitor required for a great firm in the Amersham area. This friendly and approachable practice with a presence in the Buckinghamshire region is seeking an Assistant Solicitor to join one of their four offices in the area. If you are looking to deal your own private caseload, speak directly to clients and work alongside two experienced Solicitors this could be the role you've been looking for. The Firm This rare opportunity has come about due to recent hiring efforts from the Managing Partner into the Litigation team. They have adopted a personal and friendly approach and deal with a variety of different clients ranging from people looking for basic legal advice to 1000's of property transactions per year. The two Director-Partners you'll be working alongside have built up an enviable reputation on the market and boast an impressive set of skills including; Private Injury and Employment, as well as Criminal and Consumer disputes. The Role The firm are looking for an Assistant Solicitor to join their successful team in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. You will deal with a broad spectrum of work including; contract, debt, boundary, landlord and tenant, property ownership disputes, probate disputes, construction all within private client. You will also occasionally deal with employment and criminal offences - mainly speeding. The Litigation department, for example, is one of the strengths of the firm, excelling in a broad range of litigation matters. You will run your own caseload including complex contractual disputes, consumer disputes, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Property disputes, Building disputes, Wills and Inheritance disputes and Professional Negligence claims. There are excellent prospects of progression for the right candidate. Requirements You will be an Assistant Solicitor with previous experience in a similar background You will have sound knowledge and experience of a range of legal experience.
