Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
Overview
A boutique law firm in Somerset is very busy across its commercial property teams in all locations. Due to this increase in instructions, they now seek at least one newly qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive with up to 3-4 years of commercial property experience. You will join a friendly commercial property team of around 10 qualified fee earners, legal assistants and support staff. Very established clients to be advising from day one. You will be a junior commercial property solicitor or legal executive, perhaps just coming up to qualification. You will work closely with a partner and advise commercial clients on all their commercial property needs including development work. Those with more years of experience are also encouraged to apply. As this is a small boutique law firm, you may find you get more exposure and client contact than you would at a larger law firm. Your mentoring and further development will be second to none. You should look to continue to build the client base and department, mainly through your client care skills and referrals from delivering a top-class legal service to existing clients.
