SUMMARY: Private Client Consultant Solicitor, Birmingham, 5 PQE – An exciting opportunity has arisen within a firm based in Birmingham for a Private Client Solicitor. JOB TITLE: Private Client Consultant PQE REQUIRED: 5 PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: 45,000-75,000 THE ROLE: In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career through choosing the hours you work, the files you handle and the chance to work remotely. As a Private Client Consultant Solicitor you must be able to build and grow your client base through marketing and business development. The firm will assist with marketing and work generation however it is actively encouraged that consultants will work independently to this. It is an excellent opportunity to move away from the typical constraints of a traditional law firm setting, to work on what matters most to you. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and a self-starter who is fully dedicated to their career. It's the perfect opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on a self-employed basis - perhaps you are looking for the bridge between setting up your own firm or fed up with the constraints within a large commercial firm. Whatever you reasons, we are open to having a discussion. THE FIRM: The firm are ideally looking to speak to solicitors already with a substantial client base, however they would also be interested in speaking to solicitors that want to build upon their current success, through substantial marketing techniques and business development. SALARY & BENEFITS: There is a generous fee share split on offer as 60%-40% across the business. The firm do incentivise consultants. In the first year of earning, if financial targets are hit there is an increase in the fee share split. You will be offered flexible hours, total autonomy and the chance to be able to work from home.
