Overview
Ryder Reid has a unique opportunity available with a US law firm for an experienced paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is seeking someone with general banking experience to join their world renowned Funds Finance team. The role will be busy and varied and duties in this paralegal role may include; drafting and preparing corporate documents/materials, working closely with seniors in the team in connection with corporate transactions, assisting with due diligence, creating bibles, closing admin for transactions and compiling bundles. A competitive market salary is on offer and the role will be busy at times, therefore overtime will be available and paid for at the overtime rates.
