Overview
An award-winning, Legal 200 law firm based in Manchester is seeking an EL/PL fee earner to join its well structured and forward-thinking Employers' Liability Department. This Lexcel accredited, highly successful law firm specialises in all areas of personal injury including EL, PL, OL, industrial disease, serious injury and clinical negligence. You will be joining the EL Team which continues to develop and progress. You will handle your own caseload of litigated fast-track and some multi-track employers' liability claims. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an experienced EL/PL litigation executive/fee earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track record in handling your own litigated personal injury caseload. You will be provided with quality work, expert training, encouragement for work/life balance and the prospect to progress and widen your experience.
