Overview
A highly regarded national law firm, with offices across the UK, is expanding their Manchester office. Due to exciting growth plans, it is seeking an experienced and ambitious RTA fee earner to join their dedicated and supportive RTA department, where you will be dealing with complex litigated matters. The Personal Injury team is recognised across the North West for its high-quality work and solid structure. You will be working within an established and well organised RTA department, working on an autonomous caseload of complex litigated fast track RTA claims which you will handle from instruction through to settlement. You will receive full support from admin and legal assistants to ensure that the claims process runs smoothly and professionally in order to fulfill clients' expectations. You will be an experienced RTA fee earner (litigation executive or paralegal) with a solid record dealing with litigated fast track and or multi-track RTA claims.
