Overview
My client is a prominent Financial Services business, looking to recruit a Regulatory Reporting Manager. The role centres on the timely management and delivery of all reporting activities relating to all annual statutory and regulatory requirements. A key requirement is ensuring that the design, maintenance and management of these activities, ensuring monthly and annual events adhered to with company and FCA requirements. In addition, you’ll provide a consistently strong level of customer service, data analysis, communication and delivery of accurate management reporting, to both internal stakeholders and external customers. You’ll lead the small team, helping to shape and develop them and offer opportunities for personal development. The role is key in supporting the operational risk and data management strategies within the business to ensure the right information and controls are regularly tested to mitigate any process risks and gaps, making recommendations and taking forward relevant corrective action plans to identify opportunities for performance and process improvement. Applicants are sought with experience of working within a regulated, financial service environment and will ideally possess experience of working as a business or data analyst, specifically within areas of regulatory, risk or compliance.
