Centre Director - Veterinary Waltham Forest, London Salary £60,000 (Depending on Experience) Full time Remit Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading veterinary company in their search for a Centre Director to lead and manage their team in Waltham Forest, London. Our client pride themselves on their high level of customer care. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for the overall running of the centre, managing and leading the team, operational management, full P&L responsibility, identifying opportunity to drive and increase performance, compliance and overall strategic direction of the centre. The role will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director, who is a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon. Their role will be to lead on all things clinical in order for the Centre Director to focus on the Operational and Commercial performance of the centre. This is a full-time position. We are looking for a commercially astute business manager or practice manager with experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the veterinary or healthcare sector. You will be responsible for business performance and growth, contribution to overall business strategy and EBITDA performance. The Candidate The role would suit someone with experience within healthcare or veterinary sectors. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute and good business acumen who can take charge of the operational performance of the centre. A flair for business development and marketing is key, as this site is ripe for growth. Criteria Experience of leading teams within healthcare or veterinary at operational level. Experience of managing P&L with a strong commercial / business acumen. Entrepreneurial Spirit / Confident individual with ability to influence. Benefits: Competetive salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience). 25 days annual leave bank holidays. Pension Private Medical Insurance Location: Waltham Forest, London. Require flexibility to travel to off-site meetings.
