Polaris / ProductWriter Developer Overview: Market leading insurance company is seeking a Polaris / ProductWriter Developer to be based at their offices in Birmingham on a contract basis with WFH benefits. Role & Responsibilities: The chosen candidate will responsible for building new schemes, maintaining in house built schemes and the system integration of externally built schemes as well as managing the full end to end process including all aspects of testing for a building Household insurance product. Build and maintain products for direct and broker systems (Insurer Hosted Pricing (IHP), E-Trade, SSP, Acturis, Applied, TGSL) using the ProductWriter toolset Provided architectural design and guidance using Polaris ProductWriter and associated complimentary software Drive the build of an Insurer Hosted Pricing hub solution with data enrichment Essential Skills & Experience: Polaris ProductWriter Experience building new schemes within insurance (Building/Household schemes) XRTE/WSTRE Service Maintenance XML Messaging System Integration Regression Testing. Database Management, SQL SoapUI VBA, VB, C#, .NET knowledge Package: 3-6 month rolling contract / 35-hour week 9am - 5pm.
