Overview

We are looking for a Client Services Team Leader to join our award-winning, privately-owned company based near Oxford As a Client Services Manager you will be the main point of contact for all of our esteemed clients. Any queries they may have relating to our company's product and its functionality will go through you for you to then collaborate with the relevant department within our company, whether that be sales, development or support. This role is a customer-focussed, varied role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work effectively both as part of a team and independantly, striving to provide customers with the best possible service and specialist advice. The successful Client Services Manager will have: Excellent teamwork skills Excellent typing and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation skills Knowledge of MS Office Exceptional customer Service skills Leadership experience With this kind of role no two days will be the same when it comes to your responsibilities, but you can expect a combination of: Providing training and support to managers and front of house personnel Helping to resolve any customer complaints by understanding the actual problem and explaining the best solution for the problem, and of course following up. Assist the Head of Client Services Ensure your team of 6 works to the standards required by the business Working closely with the Production, Support, Development and Sales teams. Maintaining and developing relationships with clients old and new, visiting their sites regularly.
