We are looking to hire an exceptional Analyst with a strong interest in the FinTech sector and a desire to be part of a dynamic, collegiate and ego-free culture. Main Responsibilities: · Monitor and reconcile client portfolios and assets. · Contribute to the development of the firm's proprietary systems and processes. · Lead and manage the client onboarding life cycle. · Initiate and manage the account transfer process, including ISAs, SIPP and general investment accounts. This would include creating and maintaining third party relationships to drive the entire process from start to finish. · Respond to client queries relating to the account opening and transfer process. Experience Required: · 2 years' experience in a relevant financial industry role. · Experience dealing with retail onboarding and account transition is essential. Technical Skills: · Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides · Outstanding time management skills. · Experience working with multiple providers and industry processes. · Experience managing and working with a young and dynamic team, but not essential.
