Overview

Our client, a well established and extremely successful IFA practice is seeking an experienced IFA support administration to provide administrative and clerical support and production of data to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Duties include:- Answering telephone calls Production of reports and valuations Adhering to compliance and regulatory procedures Data entry, typing of documents, maintaining database Candidates should have previous experience of working within financial services administration and also possess the following skills:- Good time management Attention to detail and accuracy A team player with great communication skills, verbally and written Confidentiality, flexibility, reliability and the ability to work under pressure Accurate keyboard skills and great spelling, grammar and punctuation.
