Overview
Our client is a specialist property lender based in Manchester who are expanding and opening offices in Manchester. As a Case Manager, you will assist brokers and borrowers with their applications (specifically bridging and commercial). You will be experienced and self-managing with good knowledge of specialist lending. About you: Qualifications Proven knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Or Bridging/property lending industry Experience dealing with a high volume workflow and prioritising accordingly Ability to form good relationships with key stakeholders and third parties such as vendors, Asset Managers and solicitors Close attention to detail Able to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
