Overview

Pertemps Recruitment currently require Nightshift Warehouse Operatives to work within a supermarket warehouse based in the Livingston area. Working with a major grocery supplier, the role will be ongoing and has no fixed end date. Hours of work will be 10pm - 6am. You will be working 5 days out of 7, so must be flexible in regards to working weekends etc. The positions will involve working within the store's Fresh or Grocery warehouse. Duties/Responsibilities - Packing orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards are met - Using AMC scanners, LLOP trucks, dollies, PPT trucks and cages to complete orders before transporting to loading bay - Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 15 kilos as part of the picking process - Products are grocery products Skills/Experience Required - Flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail - Able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning - Able to react positively to day to day challenges - Over the age of 18 - ESSENTIAL - Good grasp of the English language - Able to get to the site - due to poor transport links it is preferred that applicants have their own means of transport or live local to the site - Previous warehouse experience is not necessary In return you will be offered; Pay rates ranging from £9.41 £12.13 per hour Paid induction/training days A set/allocated shift pattern that will not change unless you choose this A subsidised canteen on site On-site parking Upskilling and training PPE - safety boots will be provided if needed If you meet the criteria listed above and would available to apply immediately then please apply ASAP
