Overview
Our client is looking for Warehouse Operatives & FLT Reach / Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers. Shifts available: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm OR 12 hour shifts, 6 - 6, set days or nights, 3 on 3 off. Various pay rate depending on shift: £8.72 - £10.04 Due to location you would need to drive, as public transport doesn’t go near this site. Principle accountabilities: • Picking of stock from locations • Packing of stock ready for dispatch from site • Sorting returns stock ready for Goods In • Goods in put away • PI checks on locations as required • Accurate stock handling • Processing of relevant warehouse paperwork in an accurate and timely manner • General warehouse tasks including warehouse housekeeping Knowledge skills and experience needed: • Forklift Truck trained in both Reach and Counterbalance – In date with a minimum of 2 year’s experience beneficial but not essential • Physically fit to perform manual tasks as required • Basic computer knowledge • Previous experience in a logistics warehouse environment • Attention to detail • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Good time keeping Due to the amount of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to all candidates, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
