Customer Service Advisor - TEMP TO PERM Monday-Friday £12 - £13 per hour Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team Are you available immediately? Do you have great knowledge of SAP? Are you looking for the next challenge in your career? If so, apply now Our client offers FREE PARKING and a half day on Fridays Key duties: To carry out full contract review on all customers order To process customers’ orders, ensuring the correct information is updated onto the internal SAP system To send order acknowledgements to customers or to access customers online portals confirming receipt Reviewing and processing customers queries, including the monitor and maintenance of the internal delayed file Building of inter departmental relationships in order to ensure timely completion of orders with estimating and to gain information required in order to update customers on status of their orders Regular monitoring of customers’ orders, providing regular updates to the customer and completion on key customer order books Maintain and expand the already excellent long term customer client base. Also provide an exceptional service to all customers. Support other team members as and when required. Carry out general office duties as required
