Overview
AJ Chambers are working alongside a reputable and well-established accountancy firm, based in Peterborough, who are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their growing team. Benefits Include: AAT/ACCA Block Release study support Excellent exposure to clients, training with client meetings and engagement Competitive salary and holiday entitlement An environment that encourages internal progression Semi Senior Accountant Duties: Preparation of accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships Prepare corporate tax computations for managers review Prepare personal tax returns Answering client queries over email and phone calls Prepare and review VAT returns Bookkeeping and management accounts production may be required on occasion The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with 2 years of practice experience Previous experience working with Xero and/or Sage would be desirable but not essential Ideally you will be an AAT qualified accountant or part qualified ACCA, with a desire to obtain the full professional qualification (full support will be provided) If you feel you would be suitable, please apply direct or contact Natasha Horner at AJ Chambers.
