Overview
Accounts Assistant job in Wolverhampton, part time temporary job to start immediately. Your new company You will be working with a manufacturing and engineering business based in Wolverhampton, they are a small team as part of their UK site and operate as a family run business. They are well established and have customers across Europe. Your new role You will be joining the Finance team, reporting directly to Finance Management and responsible for the following duties: purchase ledger from entering invoices to the payment runs, bank reconciliations, weekly cash flows, accounts data entry, managing expense and ad hoc additional duties. This is a temporary role to start immediately which could lead to long term options, it is a 32 hour working week across Monday to Friday. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be experienced in the above duties and ideally have knowledge of Excel and accounting software packages, an AAT qualification will also be ideal. You will enjoy working in a small team and like a varied role.
