Buyer

Buyer required for Chepstow based market leading manufacturer. Your new company A market leading manufacturer who have customers across Europe. Renowned for the quality of their products and their innovate designs whilst delivering excellent level of service. Your new role As a an operational Buyer you will review MRP requirements to produce purchase orders, works orders and schedules in a timely manner. You will forge and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers, undertaking performance reviews and reviewing KPIs and keep an accurate track of an open order book. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and will be able to evidence management of bill of materials and ongoing supplier relationships. you will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and have worked with and ERP/MRP. You will be hardworking and resilient and have the initiative to take ownership and provide solutions when required. you will have an analytical mind and be able to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of all levels. What you'll get in return This a full time, 5 days a week role paying up to £25k.
