Our client is a customer focused multi-channel B2B organisation with an outstanding reputation for service and an enviable market share. Key Responsibilities Inbound and outbound calls, qualifying, negotiating and quoting customers Offering a high level of customer service, maximising every opportunity in line with targets and customer expectations Processing of customer orders Liaising with customers to update them regarding logistics and deadlines Communicating with internal and external teams to ensure customer expectations are met Adhoc administration Working with a CRM and updating accurately for reporting This role would be suitable for someone with a sales or customer service background; you must have a passion for offering a high level of service, objection handling and working in a team. Ideally someone who is looking to progress and develop. You will have the ability to persuade, influence and liaise effectively, with the motivation and desire to work toward targets.
