Overview

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established business in Newbury. With on-site parking and a duration of 6 months, the client is looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk with a strong receivables background to help maintain a busy ledger. Reporting to the Finance manager you will be responsible for: ·Maintain the sales ledgers ensuring completeness and accuracy of the information within ·Manage customer relationships ensuring disputes are resolved and payments are made on time ·Ensure all payments are receipted and applied daily ·Ensure that an up to date forecast of expected receipts is maintained ·Assist with the month end process ·Communicate effectively with units to obtain all information in a timely fashion ·Ensure all data is reviewed and routinely updated ·Ensure all invoices, bank statements and other financial records are filed and archived regularly. ·Adhoc duties The ideal candidate will be a target driven individual. The successful accounts receivable clerk is likely to have had previous accounts receivable experience, specifically in billings and problem solving.It is essential you can hit the ground running with this role. Maintaining relationships is essential and therefore communication with internal and external stakeholders will need to be done in a manner that will strengthen relationships.
