Overview
Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for our client based in Sheffield who are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager. The main responsibilities of the role are to look at process improvement across the board and support the business in driving commercial excellence activities through improvement of customer facing activities, systems and processes. You will be proactive in identifying from experience where improvements can be made whether this be the customer experience, improving structures, pricing or recognising where gaps need to be filled. Key responsibilities include:- Measure existing processes and identify areas for improvement Work with the commercial managers to develop and implement consistent sales strategies and processes via effective coaching and training Drive continuous development of the CRM system in close coordination with the commercial teams. Develop and maintain governance for use of the CRM system and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes. Help to ensure process alignment between Commercial, Technical, Project Management, Operations and other departments. Drive continuous improvement of sales and technical solutions bid process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems Deliver measurable improvements in margin and customer retention. Support budget and business strategy To be considered for this role you will be someone who has identified and improved processes previously and ensured alignment and communications within a large organisation/s across numerous departments. You will naturally strive for continuous improvement and change management whist supporting the business strategy and budgets. The ideal candidate must have an in depth understanding of commercial processes with strong analytical skills and high learning agility. Knowledge and use of CRM systems, ERP systems & Excel are essential with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, across a global organisation would be a distinct advantage. Excellent project management capabilities with experience translating processes into system requirements and excellent communication Skills. You will be naturally pro- active in nature and be able to deliver results to deadlines.
