Overview
A temporary part-time position (15 hours per week) has become available for a local manufacturing company based in Alton. Reference: HT13230 Assistant Accountant - About The Role You will be supporting the Head of Finance as an Assistant Accountant getting involved with both the transactional and month-end reporting up to trial balance. This client requires someone that is familiar with Oracle to be considered for this position. This is a part-time temporary for a contract period of approximately 15 hours. These can be worked over the week or over a few full-time days, the client can be completely flexible for the right individual. Your involvement will include cash-flow forecasting, payroll journals, ledger maintenance and management. The successful Assistant Accountant will have: Previous experience of working as either a Book-keeper or Assistant Accountant You will be available at short notice to meet with the client and to commence the assignment immediately You will have previous working experience of using Oracle and intermediate Excel Assistant Accountant - Benefits Car Parking Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
