Overview
We are looking for a technician to work with a leading Somerset based business on a permanent basis Working within a fantastic team, this is a highly varied position covering all areas of desktop, infrastructure and network support. If you have a positive attitude and a commitment to professional service delivery this could be the perfect position for you. The key responsibilities include: Investigating and remedying computer hardware & software faults on Servers and Workstations Installing and configuring hardware and software Preparing PCs, laptops, mobile phones, etc. for new employees Performing routine security checks Responding to technical help requests from employees at all seniority levels IT related projects The successful candidate will have experience within: Providing IT support to end users Microsoft Active Directory Windows 7, 8 and 10 desktop and laptop support Configuring workstations Windows Server administration This is a fulltime permanent position, the working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm A full UK drivers licence is required for this position This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89687464
