HGV MECHANIC, BUNTINGFORD, HERTFORDSHIRE, £39,250 BASIC SALARY

Job Role: DAY SHIFT HGV MECHANIC Annual earnings: £39,250 basic salary Overtime Depot Location: Buntingford, Hertfordshire Contract Type: Full time / Permanent My client, a well established commercial vehicle maintainer is actively seeking to employ a skilled, experienced and fully qualified HGV Mechanic for their depot in Buntingford. Working on a large mixed fleet of heavy commercial vehicles the successful HGV Mechanic applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair. Duties to include: - Six weekly inspections - General Servicing - MOT preparations and presentations - Diagnostics - engine / gearbox rebuilds - Light welding if you have the skills The successful HGV Mechanic must have recognised industry qualifications i.e. City & Guilds or NVQ to level three in commercial vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent. The hours of work for this HGV Mechanic role are 06:00 - 15:30 Week one & 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday The successful HGV Mechanic will earn a basic salary of £39,250 per year with overtime available on top.
