Chef de Partie - Fort William Salary: 24,500 The Company A modern 4 star hotel providing quality accommodation and an acclaimed restaurant on the banks of the River Nevis, with an exceptional reputation for service. Close to Glen Nevis, one of the most beautiful glensin the West Highlands of Scotland known for its trails and wildlife, not to mention home of UKs tallest mountain, Ben Nevis. The Role An exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join an experienced team, preparing the freshest Scottish ingredients and providing bistro style dishes for the hotel and restaurant guests. Responsibilities include: Aiding in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintaining food quality and a safe, hygienic kitchen During the summer months we prepare for up to 100 covers each evening Supporting and preparing dishes as per the Head Chefs request A good work ethic and attention to detail, a good attitude and reliable 24,500 per annum, Negotiable depending on experience and share of tips scheme Working 5 from 7 days and around 40-45 hours per week. An annual allowance of 28 days holiday, the hotel closes Christmas and Boxing Day.
