Overview

Performance and Development Manager - Capita Finance function As the Performance and Development Manager your remit will be to drive the Performance and Development (P&D) agenda in the Group wide Finance function (c.1,000 colleagues). With a business reporting line into the Human Resources Business Partner to manage and work with divisional finance stakeholders. Functional reporting line into Group Director of Learning to ensure the Function benefits from wider group initiatives such as the Capita Academy and talent development opportunities. What you'll be doing: Lead the design of our career framework Define & deliver the Finance Faculty. Lead the implementation of talent management activity in the function Establish a graduate scheme for Finance Establish Apprenticeship programme for Finance Operations Ensure Job Family Architecture (JFA) is fit for the purpose. What we're looking for: Previous experience of working within P&D for Finance is essential Approach must be coherent and meets the business needs - we are not looking for a text book approach It has to be relatable to an audience that are going through different parts of a change/transformation journey Confident to proactively share expertise and promote best practice to ensure credibility with business and all colleagues meeting legislative and quality requirements Confident to work closely with Group CFO, finance senior leadership team and divisional finance resources.
