Overview

NHS GP Practice Manager Chelsea up to £45,000 DOE Our client is a high-achieving 3 GP Practice serving a population of over 11,000 patients in Ladbroke Grove. We are looking for a experienced NHS GP Practice Manager to take over the running of this site. As this is a large science based in London, there are currently 3 Assistant Managers assigned to help you. You must be an exceptional leader with at least 5 years experience in a Practice Manager capacity within a NHS GP Practice. Ideally you should also have experience in multiple GP roles such as Reception, Admin, Coding and Secretarial. It would also be advantageous if you have a working knowledge of SystmOne. You should also have experience managing a large number of staff and been actively involved in targets (KPI, QOF, Enhanced services, Population Health Management, Additional Services, Research), CQC and other requirements by the organisation. You should also have knowledge of CCG Policies and procedures as well as experience of a CQC visit. The practice is open 6 days at the following times: 8am to 9pm - Monday to Thursday 8am to 6:30pm - Friday 9am to 12pm - Saturday Lifeline Permanent are a Specialist Healthcare Agency recruiting for Permanent positions.
