Overview
Are you a dedicated Receptionist looking for a new opportunity? HCL Fairstaff is recruiting for a experienced Band 3 Receptionist to work in Central London on an ongoing basis. This is a full time temporary ongoing position working Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00. The main duties of the role will include, but not be limited to: Provide front of house duties Handling Patient enquiries Liaising with internal/external organisations General Admin support All perspective candidates must have the following attributes: Strong receptionist skills and previous experience of contact with service users/general public Strong IT skills i.e. word and excel Preferably have experience of System 1 To be able to multi task in a busy environment Candidates will be required to complete HCL Admin and Clerical's compliance process which is inclusive of the below: Most recent 3 years worth of references DBS clearance Right to work documentation Online Mandatory training Occupational Health Clearance HCL is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications regardless of sex, age, race, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, religion and belief, pregnancy and maternity or disability.
