An exciting opportunity has arisen as they continue to expand and develop, for a Customer Service Advisor. Job Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to provide a quality and friendly service to our customers, with the aim of increasing our customer retention, customer satisfaction, and receiving positive customer reviews. Within the Customer Service team, you will be required to: - Answering customer calls - Taking orders from customers - Responding to customer queries on email - Assist customers with a variety of queries including product information and returns - Some complaint handling will be necessary Within the company, you are required to liaise with internal departments such as purchasing, warehouse, trade counter, and marketing. You will deal with third parties, including couriers, suppliers and manufacturers on a daily basis to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible service. Skills/ Experience required: - 5 x GCSE's Grade A-C (to include Maths and English) - Excellent written and verbal communication - Friendly telephone manner - Previous Customer Service experience preferred - Ability to show initiative - Strong cultural fit - outgoing personality - Confident when dealing with customers in person - Ability to work independently when required - Computer literate - High attention to detail - Calm under pressure - Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Customer Service: - £8.60 per hour - 40 hour week - 8 hour shifts between 8:30 and 18:00 and 30 mins lunch - 4 hour Saturday shifts roughly every 4 weeks
