Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Mental Health Support Worker team in the community. It';s not essential to have experience as a Support Worker as we can give you the training and knowledge you’ll need but you will need to have a great attitude and be passionate about improving the lives of the people we support. This role will be at the heart of our service, ensuring all needs are met throughout the day and providing people with support when needed. This could include tasks such as emotional support, accessing the community, personal care, medication support and the meeting of nutritional needs as well as domestic tasks. Supporting each individual to live a life that they want and being part of their community. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, resilient, eventually self managing and is able to communicate effectively to offer reassurance and value to people's lives. The position will be salaried at £21,216 per annum for a 40 hour week to include days, weekends and evening shifts.
