£18 p/h - Band 6 Equivalent Rates/Circa £33.7K | 36 Hour Contract - Nights | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | EMI Nursing Home - Good CQC A leading South Yorkshire care home is currently looking to recruit an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work full-time nights on a permanent basis. The home specialises in EMI care and supporting older people living with dementia and associated cognitive impairments and following the most recent CQC inspection the home received Good quality grades in all areas of inspection. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse position and what the home is offering: A permanent contract for 36 hours per week, working flexible night shifts over a 7 day rota Competitive hourly pay rates of £18, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates of pay and a salary in the region of £33,700 Comprehensive induction programmes and ongoing learning and development opportunities As RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care. What we are looking for in a Night Nurse: NMC Registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD Demonstrate post registration experience, ideally working in a dementia care setting Good communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care To apply now, please follow the link provided.
