Overview
SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading consultancy business based in Leicestershire to recruit for a HR Business Partner. This role will report into the Head of HR with a supporting team based in their Head office. To support multi sites across northern UK in providing a tailored service. This role is a customer focused role, and requires someone who enjoys developing and maintaining relationships. This role will involve travel throughout the UK; with occasional overnight stays. As the HR BP, you will work with the other HR business Partner to support a portfolio of clients, with their HR issues including ER cases, disciplinary and Grievance procedures through to dismissal, restructuring, redundancies, leading on TUPE processes, implementing policies and working with trade unions. You will work effectively with the wider consultancy team and advice line teams to support consistent delivery to clients, ensuring continuity of advice and practical support for client support issues where required. You will partner with each business to provide a full HR service and where required support businesses with training needs and delivery of training. You will work with the business development team to promote additional products and services to advice line and retained clients providing a constant stream of referrals for the business development team to convert. In order to be successful for this role, you will be a true generalist, and have experience of leading on disciplinary and grievance processes through to dismissal, and have a strong employment law background, You will have experience of leading on key change projects such as restructures, redundancies, and TUPE. You will have experience of working across multiple sites and be happy to travel. Be a good communicator working with people at all levels. You will ideally be CIPD Qualified or working towards.
