IT Recruitment Consultant | Fair Oak — up to £30k starting salary 30% to 70% commission My client is a privately owned, boutique IT recruitment agency focused on delivering a premium service. You will shape your own success, however you can expect a "warm desk" with immediate incoming business, industry leading tools and a great deal of support. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant role include: Consulting with clients to provide hiring solutions Resourcing and interviewing top calibre candidates via job board databases, advertisements, social media and referrals Submitting detailed candidate profiles to clients for appropriate positions Building and maintaining candidate relationships Advising and briefing candidates as an SME on market conditions, new roles and opportunities Arranging interviews on behalf of both the client and candidate Fully briefing candidates before their interviews with clients Providing full interview feedback to candidates and always ensuring a positive candidate experience Developing existing client relationships and cultivating new ones Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish Skills and experience required: I am keen to speak to talented, organised, driven and energetic recruiters (open to sector background as long as you are excited about IT recruitment) You’ll need to be a good fit for the team, but if you are genuine, easy to get along and hard-working then you’ll fit in just fine.
