The Poole home provides round the clock nursing care to older adults with elderly, dementia and disability care needs in a beautiful setting by the sea and has recently brought in a new management team who are committed to raising standards and ensuring Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse role and what the home is offering: Full or part-time permanent contracts, with flexible shifts in place on a mix of days and nights Depending on experience, very competitive pay rates of up to £20 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 7 rates of pay A supportive working environment with a comprehensive induction and ongoing learning and development opportunities As RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse, you will coordinate care plans, administer medications and ensure the clinical, personal and social care needs of residents are being met. What we are looking for in a Nurse: NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered to ensure a good mix of skills on shift Ideally you will have some experience in a UK nursing home or long-term adult care setting You will be flexible to work shifts over a 7 day rota, on days and nights Good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for high-quality care To apply now, please follow the link provided.
