IDEX are currently working with a wealth management firm in Cambridge to recruit a Independent Financial Adviser looking for the opportunity to build a career with a company who offer interesting work and a flexible and supportive environment. The Company My client is a very reputable, independent financial planning practice that specialise in financial planning and employee benefits. They deal predominantly with high net worth - ultra high net worth individuals and are one of the region's leading financial planning firms. Role My client are looking for an IFA to represent the company in a professional and compliant manner. Responsibilities Keep up to date with all relevant products, legislation and technical changes Prospect/contact potential clients Ensure that sufficient client information is collected and analysed Undertake sufficient market and product research Ensure suitable recommendations are made Ensure that all records and supporting documents are recorded and maintained To be successful you will need Appropriate technical knowledge and qualification required for the role Detailed knowledge of the firms compliance procedures including record keeping requirements Provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner Able to work within defined business processes Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision Prioritise and plan own workload Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal Level 4 Diploma qualified, or equivalent If successful, you will benefit from Pension 8%, further 3% provided if you contribute 3% too 4x death in service Buy and sell holidays PMI Healthcare Profit share bonus Progression routes Full study support towards professional qualifications Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
